Hey Titan. I think i know whats up. I updated my post for today trying to explain it.
I have not been careful with my refeed this week at all. I did forget to mention i was eating alot of unhealthy christmas food this week. It took me this entire week to figure out that my flares are just very delayed now, which is where all the confusion came from.
Will absolutely try a vagus nerve stimulation/massage when i flare again.
