I wanted to know what you think about Valter Longo’s fasting-mimicking diet, or the sardine fast based on one or two cans of sardines that Dominic D’Agostino talks about to mimic a water fast.
They say that doing this for a month will activate the mechanisms of fasting.
Because by combining that with a 5-day dry fast, you could mimic a 40-day water fast without the side effects related to muscle loss.
