carnivore = diarrhea?
Why am I getting diarrhea after starting carnivore?
Re: carnivore = diarrhea?
Not enough information here, but essentially, your body is not handling the abrupt shift to high fat and protein.
If it's a microbiome shift, you need to take it more gradually. Different bacterial loads are needed for the different diets (fat vs carbs/fiber), so that is also part of the adaptation phase.
Weak liver, not enough bile, which means undigested fat. If you're coming from a low-fat diet, your gallbladder and liver may not produce enough bile to break down the surge in fats. If it's an adaptation, you can just take it gradually; if it's liver issues, you need to figure out how to address them and try to improve bile flow and liver health. You'll need to know if its undigested fat (greasy, smelly) or bile overproduction/malabsorption (explosive, not greasy) and go from there.
In worst-case scenarios, you'll want to get stem cell treatment, T3, and Growth hormone. Dry fasting can help a lot if it's overproduction or malabsorption, as it really helps heal cellular resistance on both an inter and intra cellular scale.
