I am wondering what you suggest to use on a refeed for 7 or 10 day fasts...I was reading the website, and it seemed you didn't agree with Filonov's refeeding for several reasons, and when I read the latest Scorch protocol, I couldn't find the refeeding guidelines (which foods to eat when on which day). If I missed it somehow, I apologize (Lyme brain:) ). Please let me know what you suggest to eat and when for refeeding.
