I've completed 9.5 day of dry fast and currently on day 6 of refeeding. I
My progression of refeeding
1. Coconut water
2. Coconut water and bananas
3. Coconut water, bananas and vegetable juice (beets, carrots, spinach) and bone broth (removed all fats)
4. Vegetable juice (beets, carrots, spinach), bananas, and vegetable pulps and berries & 1 egg yolk, bee pollen
5. Vegetable juice (beets, carrots, spinach), bananas, and vegetable pulps and berries, bee pollen
6. Vegetable juice (beets, carrots, spinach), bananas, and vegetable pulps and berries and 3 quail eggs, bee pollen
I've been experiencing gas (not smelly) throughout the dry fast and still persist despite a water enema. However on day 5 of refeeding, been getting smell gas. How do I troubleshoot this? Did I take in too much fiber than my body was ready for? Any tips and suggestions is greatly appreciated!

Re: Gassy after refeeding
Gas and bloating after a long dry fast are very common during refeeding because your digestive system and gut bacteria are restarting, and the sudden return of high-fiber foods like vegetables, berries, and juices can cause strong fermentation and gas production; this usually means your body is adjusting rather than something serious, so the best approach is to temporarily simplify your diet with easy-to-digest foods like rice, bananas, and broth, reduce raw fiber and mixed meals for a few days, and then slowly reintroduce other foods one at a time so your gut can adapt more smoothly and the symptoms gradually settle.
