Hi Yannick,
I am dealing with an "incurable" autoimmune condition - pernicious anemia. I know dry fasting can be miraculous for many things. Do you believe it could help with this as well? Are there other things you would incorporate to try and completely reverse an autoimmune condition (i.e. "cure" it?)?
Thank you for any ideas! Please know that you aren't giving me medical advice, but I'd love to know your opinion based on your extensive research/health experience.
Happy Holidays,
Tiffany
Pernicious anemia is an autoimmune disease where the body produces antibodies against intrinsic factor and/or parietal cells. In both cases, this inhibits absorption of B12. I unfortunately have both.
Dry Fasting and Autoimmune
Re: Dry Fasting and Autoimmune
Everything I do is based around the Scorch Protocol here: https://dry-fasting-club.github.io/scorch-protocol/
I would recommend it in this case as well. Dry fasting is a bullet to autoimmune conditions because of its antiinflammatory benefits and hyperpolarization. But your autoimmune condition could also be thymus and BMR related. I recommend to dissect your symptoms and make sure you address as many as possible. If you check symptoms under the scorch protocol for slow motility, fatigue, and your oral temp is low then you want to make sure you mix in the T3 therapy to really make it all work. Based on how you respond to everything I would even move on to phase 5: growth hormone therapy at the end to target the thymus and immune system and cover all bases. Thymus peptides would be perfect along the way too.
