got an gut wound(this will be confirmed / refuted tomorrow, but all the symptoms, including dizziness after eating / drinking not water, pains and stools, indicate this), abusing aspirin due to a lack of understanding of its effect on the stomach.
Right now, the only option I have are PPIs, but my last interaction with them ended in a year of suffering and problems with the microbiome.
I wish I could go without it.
So, my plan is as follows:
prepare for a couple of days, increase the dose of magnesium, start drinking b vitamins again and pay attention to potassium.
on the day before fasting, in the morning, drink 1 tablet of ppi (first one causes 45-50% acidity drop) so that the initial transfer to ketosis, providing acid production, does not harm me, and just drink juices for a while. eliminate carbohydrates from lunch to initially reduce inflammation. and stop drinking in the evening.
the fast itself is planned for about 2-2.5 days, depending on conditions, then either broken with water in the evening, switching to deluted juices in the morning (in the case of 2 days), or immediately juices (in the case of 2.5 days).
don't think I'll work hard during fast, as I usually do, goal is to heal..
what do you guys think, can maybe advice something ?
