I had gotten pneumonia that had led to a ruptured ear drum due to a current ear infection this month, on February 18th I noticed my face was becoming asymmetrical and I went to the doctors and it turned out I got Bell’s palsy.
So now they put me on prescribed antibiotics and steroids to reduce inflammation, also with all the meds I’ve been feeling lethargic unbalanced nauseas just very bad. I’ve not been one to really depend on meds, I usually just dry fast and the longest I’ve done is 8 days, my question is if dry fasting can potentially help with inflammation reducing the severity of my Bell’s palsy quicker after I am done with my prescribed medications.
If yes, how should I go about it and for how many days.
Will dry fasting help with Bell’s palsy?
Re: Will dry fasting help with Bell’s palsy?
a noticeable anti-inflammatory effect catches up with me on the 1.5-2nd day usually. Almost all the pain goes away.
unsure about bells palsy, but from what i understend, if the problem is in inflamation, cured by steroids, then dryfast clearly should help
