I've been dry fasting for 2 and 1/2 years for lyme disease and fatigue with wonderful results (although not a complete cure yet as I cannot get passed 5 days without my heart rate rising but I am 63. Often I just do one day a week, but intermittently do longer. However I have osteoporosis which hasnt been helped by the dry fasting, and I'm wondering if I should avoid the longer fasts because of it?

Tough question. When it comes to Lyme disease, and all scale 10 (max) chronic illnesses. They need a truly deep cleanse that hits that second acidotic crisis days 7-9. The osteoporosis is just a confounding variable, unfortunately. The only thing you can do is top up on electrolytes including calcium.. take lots of vitamin D3+K2 for an extended amount of time, and I would also do a few months of HGH for extra osteoblast growth + better calcium absorption.
