How long to be vegetarian during refeeding and bioenergetic phase for liver healing
How long to be vegetarian during refeeding and bioenergetic phase for liver healing
For a 5-9+ dry fast, is it advised I stay on a vegetarian diet for 6 weeks- 3 months to let the liver heal?

Not sure I understand this well... the idea of vegetarian diet is to keep it light digestively (no nuts, and other hard to digest stuff) and to keep it pretty high carb while also enough fiber to make it more slow release compared to sugary stuff which will spike too much.
If your liver hurts when you eat carbs it means that you've lost the ability to use carbs well and you're trying to restart those liver processes.. avoiding fat will make it easier for your body to deal with carbs and slowly start adapting back to them.. first week or two you have a depleted bile system (the longer you do it the more it is) so the longer you should stay away from saturated fats / fat / meat as it rebuilds, but you can slowly bring in eggs and other super foods.
T3 therapy (wilsons) is the ultimate hack to restoring bioenergetic capabilities and it also gives you a bigger window for food mistakes, AKA you can eat more and more varied without as many consequences..

Yannick - thank you for explaining the rationale for the vegetarian diet and staying away from saturated fats.
Does lean protein and BCA hinder the liver healing capacity after 2 weeks of refeeding?

Not sure if this is the same person from discord but i will copy paste here:
ok some quick points:
- hsv is not eggs, you will need to clean up the sleeping viruses in the neurons
- there's currently no supplement, herbal, anything that will get rid of HSV. the only positive stories from those herbal protocols are if people were able to resolve other issues (usually around body temperature and heat production) which makes the body stronger, and which makes it so the HSV doesn't flare up (so they assume they are healed) but a crazy stressful situation or problem later on may cause flare ups again.
- a 9 day dry fast is probably the only thing in the world that can clean neurons on the inside.. and it requires you break through the 7 days.. any day after 7 is when the inside of neuron cleaning is at maximum.. but this is dangerous, you cant just jump into a dry fast like that.
