Dry Fasting Club Forums

I’m finally getting over a pretty rough flu, the fever’s mostly gone, but I’m still wiped out, achy, and just feel ‘off.’ Would it be safe (or even smart) to jump into a dry fast right now, or is that asking for trouble when my body is still trying to recover?
